Position: Media Buyer - tiktok

❇️Tasks to be performed:
- Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns through advertising on TikTok.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, including CVR, cost per click, CTR, and ROAS.
- Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness to identify trends and propose improvement strategies.
- Achieve target metrics.
- Implement pixels on websites for data collection and conversion tracking.
- Collaborate with user-generated content (UGC) creators and create highly effective advertising videos.
❇️What we expect from the candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in media buying on TikTok.
- Successful experience working with tier 1 markets.
- Deep understanding of the latest advertising trends and platform features.
- Knowledge of implementing pixels on websites for data collection and conversion tracking.
- Analytical mindset based on data, familiar with terms such as CPA, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Experience working with monthly budgets of $50,000 and above.
- Ability to work with UGC creators and manage creative content.
- English language proficiency at least at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level.
❇️Would be a plus:
- Experience in driving traffic on various platforms, including Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.
