Role Description:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually stunning user experiences for our web platform. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless, engaging interface that aligns with our vision and empowers users.
🛠 Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all components of the platform.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visually represent the platform’s functionality and design vision.
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams to integrate designs into the platform.
- Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices, applying them to enhance the platform’s design.
- Partner with the development team to implement and refine design specifications.
- Create and maintain detailed design documentation for ongoing reference.
🔨 Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing web-based designs.
- Strong understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating modern, clean, and intuitive designs.
- Previous experience designing for portfolio management or asset management web applications is highly desirable.
- Written and spoken English (B1/B2).
- Fluent Russian for communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with portfolio and asset management concepts and analytics is a plus.
