Vacancy - Affiliate CPA Manager

English level – В2+**

➡️Duties
Quickly optimize and enhance current affiliate integrations (technical and business aspects).
Onboard new affiliate networks without delays, managing technical setup and partner alignment.
Directly manage top affiliate partners with a focus on placements, conversions, and revenue growth.
Execute tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and deliver complete, polished solutions.
➡️Must have:
- Proven experience with international CPA networks in "white" verticals like travel or e-commerce.
- Strong technical skills: postbacks, UTM tracking, and attribution models.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Independent, proactive, and focused on execution without excuses
