🔵 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment
🟡 Understanding of hard / soft skills assessment, hands on different talent acquisition strategies and tools
🔵 Experience hiring on CY market and abroad
🟡 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
🔵 Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
🟡 Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment technologies
🔵 Excellent written and verbal English skills
