**L1, L2 Support Specialist - On/off ramp

Now, we are looking for a L1, L2 Support Specialist who will strengthen our team and contribute to the success of our products and the bright future of Web3.

Work format: remote
Employment: full-time
Salary range: 800-1200 USD (also open to discussion based on your experience)

**Key Responsibilities:

**● Handling support tasks with control over resolution or escalation through the ticketing process;
● Analyzing customer problems, identifying root causes, and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction;
● Collaborating with other departments to address customer tasks and issues;
● Expanding and maintaining an internal knowledge base to keep it up to date.

**Required Skills:

**● English language proficiency at least at the B2 level since we communicate with our customers in English. All communication with customers is via text, no voice chats;
● Attention to detail, responsibility, proactiveness, and customer orientation - as basic and cliche as it sounds, it's important qualities since we are building financial products and it's extremely important to pay close attention to the issue at hand and determine what exactly is going on and why.
Work schedule 4/4 day (8:00 to 20:00) and night shifts (20:00 to 8:00) UTC+3

It's cool if you have:

● Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, and Jira;
● Diploma or Bachelors in STEM or business related fields - we are totally cool with hiring students or people who just finished their education and are trying to break into IT;
● Touched crypto in some way - either via buying some BTC, or participating in airdrops, or something similar.

**What you are expected to do
**
● Evaluate, implement, and manage security systems and products;
● Monitor and respond to emerging security issues, threats, and trends;
● Executes necessary security reconfigurations;
● Integrates emerging security standards and protocols;
● Develops tools to monitor and counter emerging threats;
● Lead technical assessments and response during security incidents;
● Communicate incident updates to management;
● Design and deliver Security Awareness training to staff;
● Addresses security breaches by applying fixes and security patches;
● Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of PCI DSS and GDPR compliance systems.

**The Skills and Experience You Bring:
**
● Availability of security certification;
● Good understanding of developing and implementing system security policies based on best practices;
● English proficiency of at least C1.
