HR Automation Team Lead👩‍💻

As a Automation Team Lead, you will have the following responsibilities and tasks:

👉Strategic
- With an excellent understanding of HR processes & experience in HR Applications, it is essential for you to collaborate with internal clients to determine their needs for an effective HR information system solution, identifying system improvements and leading further implementation process
- Prepare an overall roadmap for process automation in HR and scale the work with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to identify automation opportunities and prepare the business cases.
- Analyze and communicate the effects of automation efforts.

👉Operational
- Design, configure, and implement systems and processes that meet business needs.
- Maintain HR data integrity, provide accuracy and consistency of input data audit, advise data governance processes;
- Provide operational support - create user accounts, manage access, maintain databases and analytics preparation upon request;
- Collaborate with external vendors to improve the performance of the system based on the company's needs, including technical specifications preparation for making changes to the system.
- Perform system functionality testing, system upgrades, required test scripts design for the project completion and user training.
- Prepare user guides and other documentation to ensure effective system use by internal users of all levels;
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot while implementing the solution

🌟Required
- Excellent HR Process knowledge & functional skills
- Proven experience in HR Automation - HiBob pref
- Strong project management skills as well as having experience as a Product Owner (PO) and acting as a link between environments
- English proficiency
- Solid ownership level, sense of responsibility
