We are growing and looking to recruit a People Operations Specialist in our Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.

Responsibilities:
Payroll Support
• Collect and manage required documentation for payroll processing
• Prepare accurate employment contracts
• Record and calculate additions and deductions for specific payroll cycles
• Approve and calculate overtime in line with internal policies
• Assist employees with tax-related queries and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of employee benefit eligibility
Migration Process Management
• Own and streamline the hiring process for foreign employees
• Collaborate closely with relevant agencies to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Gather and verify necessary documentation
• Track employee visa statuses and ensure timely renewals
Data Management and Accuracy
• Ensure employee profiles are complete, verified, and compliant for payroll and migration processes
• Propose and implement workflow enhancements for improved efficiency
Onboarding Support
• Provide seamless support to employees during the onboarding process
• Collaborate with IT Support and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth transitions
• Recommend improvements to the onboarding workflow for a superior employee experience
Exciting Upcoming Projects
• Develop a systematic migration process with clear, actionable guidelines
• Enhance internal policies for better alignment with employee needs and business goals
• Contribute to the development of the company’s rewards and recognition processes
Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in People Operations, including migration processes
• A strong passion for providing exceptional support to employees
• A growth mindset with the ability to learn, adapt, and drive positive change
• Excellent organizational skills with a systematic and detail-oriented approach
• Flexibility, patience, and a proactive attitude
• Fluency in English (additional languages will be a bonus)
