We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our innovative venture studio, 3F VC. This role is key in enhancing the user experience of our platforms, maintaining design consistency, and driving interface innovation. If you’re passionate about impactful designs and seamless digital experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

🔹 What You’ll Do:
Familiarize yourself with existing platforms and workflows
Design and develop workflows for new product features
Conduct research and propose innovative interface solutions
Maintain and enhance the UI library in Figma
Collaborate with developers for smooth design handoffs
Create animated prototypes to communicate design ideas

🔹 Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design
Experience in fintech
A portfolio showcasing real products with detailed insights into your process
Strong understanding of UI principles and best practices
Experience with startups and delivering designs quickly
Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with fintech or document management systems
Knowledge of creating landing pages using Tilda
