From November 2023 we've launched a new office in Cyprus to develop in-house solutions for risk management, anti-fraud operations and cybersecurity.

About the Role - As a Fraud and Risk Analyst, you will analyze transactions and trading activity to identify and mitigate risks. Your role requires expertise in trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and financial instruments (forex, stocks, indices, cryptocurrencies). You’ll work closely with product and development teams to implement fraud prevention solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor client activity to identify suspicious behavior and fraud patterns.
- Create rules to mitigate fraud risks and detect new fraud schemes.
- Leverage expertise in MT4/MT5, financial instruments, and market behavior for fraud detection.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to implement fraud prevention strategies.
- Prepare fraud analysis reports and recommend risk management strategies.
- Stay updated on fraud trends and technologies to improve systems and processes.

Qualifications:
- Advanced English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5), stocks, and indices.
- Proficient with KYT tools (crypto tracing, fund flow tracking).
- Strong ability to identify and analyze complex fraud patterns.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Attention to detail for spotting data anomalies.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with scripting/data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python).
- Experience in fraud detection or risk analysis in a financial setting.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial markets.
