🔥We’re looking for a Head of Payment Routing and Monitoring to manage payment channels!

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team responsible for monitoring and analyzing payment channels.
- Manage and optimize payment cascades and routing based on technological, business, and risk criteria.
- Ensure seamless integration and operation of payment solutions, including testing and retesting channels.
- Analyze payment performance statistics, identify trends, and generate actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with merchants and internal teams to improve payment conversion rates.
- Respond promptly to technical disruptions and organize recovery measures.
- Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders with insights on payment performance.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within FinTech, iGaming, Forex, or Trading.
- Proven experience managing teams of 5+ members.
- Deep knowledge of payment systems, alternative payment methods, and crypto operations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and monitoring tools (Grafana).
- Ability to balance technological and commercial risks and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate+).
