We are looking for a Senior MANUAL QA Engineer for our Core Platform!

Your Experience:
✔️5+ years of experience as QA Engineer
✔️Good QA theory knowledge
✔️Good knowledge of SQL
✔️Experience with using different API tools such as Postman, SOAP UI
✔️Deep knowledge of Browser debugging (DevTools)
✔️ Proficiency in Russian

Your Responsibilities:
🔹Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, standards and specifications
🔹Testing new functionality, bug fixes and technical tasks
🔹Prioritize, plan, and manage the time of assigned tasks
🔹Communicate efficiently with other team members

We are looking for a SEO Specialist with a proven track record in promoting websites in the financial industry.
Your primary goal will be to grow our website’s - Moneyfor - organic traffic, enhance search engine visibility, and connect us with new audiences. You'll play a key role in developing and implementing an SEO strategy that drives sustainable growth, optimises user experience, and ensures our content is easily found by our target market of US customers.
We will provide you with any tools and resources you deem necessary for effective work!

Your Responsibilities:
🔹Develop and implement an SEO strategy focused on the financial sector, especially around loans, microloans, and related products.
🔹Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities in high-intent search terms within the financial niche.
🔹On-page and off-page optimization: Ensure that all on-site and content SEO best practices are being followed, including optimizing for speed, mobile, and user experience.
🔹Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to craft and optimize blog posts, tasks, and landing pages, making sure they align with SEO objectives and audience needs.
🔹Link-building strategy: Develop a scalable strategy for acquiring high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative sources.
🔹Technical SEO: Perform technical audits to ensure the site is optimized for crawlability, indexing, and rankability, and work with developers to resolve issues.
🔹Track, report, and analyze SEO performance: Regularly monitor and report on key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) and adjust strategies to meet business goals.
🔹Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and algorithm updates, ensuring that strategies evolve with the industry.


Your Experience:
✔️Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO
✔️Experience in promoting websites in the financial sector (loans, credit, etc.)
✔️Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar
✔️Experience with keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and link-building strategies
✔️Familiarity with content marketing strategies and their integration into SEO efforts
✔️Knowledge of technical SEO best practices, including site audits, page speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing
✔️Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
✔️Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms
✔️Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with content teams and developers
✔️Creativity and open-mindedness to test and implement new ideas, strategies, and tools.
✔️English - Upper-intermediate
