Company with HQ in Limassol seeking for Junior Lawyer. If you have experience in high risk niche or in Fintech, banks or international consulting it will be a plus.

Qualifications:

High education in Legal field;
Experience in Junior lawyer/legal council position from 1 year;
Understanding of due diligence/ AML/ KYC;
Background in Fintech, forex or international consulting;
Fluent English, both speaking and writing;
High level of responsibility, motivation and result orientation;
Good analytical skills and attention to details.

Responsibilities:

Review and contracts preparation, including contracts with payment service providers;
Administering the signing of contracts by company directors;
Preparing and conducting due diligence checks, filling out forms for payment service providers (PSP) during their connection;
Ensuring the functioning of the company's financial logistics (maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base on legal entities in the reference resources of the billing department);
Legal support in opening bank accounts, undergoing due diligence procedures in banks;
Interchangeability within the legal team (only support for PSP and the finance department);
Independent study of new processes and the industry.
