🟣 Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily accounting operations for the parent company and 4 subsidiaries, ensuring accurate transaction recording.
- Reconcile accounts, including bank, credit card, and intercompany transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with financial reporting.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Handle VAT submissions and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Support external audits and assist in resolving audit queries.
- Liaise with external partners such as auditors and tax advisors.



🟣 Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- 3-4 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a group of companies or multinational environment;
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis);
- Knowledge of IFRS and local Cypriot tax laws and regulations;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple entities;
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders;
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive in improving financial processes;
- Fluency in English is a must. Any other language (Russian, Greek) would be considered as an advantage.

🟣 Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with multiple subsidiaries or group structures;
Prior experience in handling VAT and other tax filings in Cyprus;
Professional certifications (ACCA, ACA, or CPA) or progress towards one of these qualifications is an advantage;
