Are you a tech-savvy professional with a strong background in IT systems, software installations, and network setups? Join us as a Service Desk Engineer and help keep our IT infrastructure running smoothly while providing top-notch support to our users!

🔹 What You’ll Do:
Provide prompt IT support, troubleshoot PC issues, and assist users with software installations.
Maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of all workstations.
Set up and configure user workstations (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Install and configure network equipment for stable network performance.
Manage projects in JIRA, focusing on Asset Management, Patch Management, Access Management, and more.
Develop ServiceDesk tools and processes to optimize issue resolution.

🔹 Who You Are:
Proficient in configuring and installing Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Skilled in basic PC maintenance (RAM upgrades, hard drive replacements).
Familiar with networking setups and equipment installation.
Fluent in English and Russian (English B2+).
IT certifications (DORA, ISO127001) are a plus.
Experienced with ITSM tools and developing IT system management solutions.
