Requirements:
* 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment
* Understanding of hard / soft skills assessment, hands on different talent acquisition strategies and tools
* Experience hiring on CY market and abroad
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment technologies
* Excellent written and verbal English skills
