We are looking for a Head of the Affiliate Department! (Crypto)

- 📍Location: Remote, full-time
- 💵 Salary: $5K–$15K + bonuses

Your tasks will include managing top affiliates, representing our network and brand, and leading a team of six Russian-speaking managers.

Your goal is to achieve high ROI, quality traffic, and increase the number of new partners.

You will report to the CMO.

We expect you to have:

- English proficiency at B2+ level and fluent Russian
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Head of Affiliate Department
- Knowledge of Crypto verticals and huge portfolio of the partners
- Excellent networking skills
- Understanding of CRM, media ROI, and spy tools
