PURCHASING ASSISTANT
Location: Paphos. We are construction company.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and update material information, including descriptions, specifications, and codes, in the cataloguing system
• Meticulous receipt of end-users purchase requisitions, requesting suppliers for quotations, tendering and negotiating best prices, preparing comparison tabs, purchase order forms and contracts, invoice collection and follow-up, order tracking, managing materials movement operations in the virtual warehouse.
• Conduct market research to identify potential vendors, evaluate their offers to find the best options for various company’s projects, build and maintain good relationships with suppliers for reliable supply of materials and services

• Experience in Procurement \ Supply Chain \ Data management \ Sales
