Responsibilities:
- Design and build operational and financial reporting for shareholders: Create high-level reports that maintain transparency and support strategic decision-making at the shareholder level.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive BI architecture for analytics and reporting: Build a BI system that efficiently processes and presents data for decision-making.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports: Develop dynamic and visually engaging dashboards that allow users to quickly find key insights.
- Analyze and visualize data to identify trends and provide recommendations, data storytelling: Identify hidden trends and transform data into clear, compelling stories for various levels of users.
- Ensure data quality and perform validation and reconciliation processes: Maintain data integrity through thorough validation and reconciliation processes.
- Maintain a data catalog and business glossary: Manage and document all company data to ensure a unified understanding of data across teams.
- Data management: Ensure reliable data management at all stages of its lifecycle, including collection, storage, processing, and deletion, while strictly adhering to security and confidentiality standards.
- Gather and formalize business requirements: Collaborate closely with business teams to identify their needs and transform these requirements into detailed technical specifications for further development.

Requirements:
- Higher technical education in computer science, information technology, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience with BI tools (our stack: Tableau and Apache Superset): Excellent proficiency in business intelligence tools, including Tableau and Apache Superset, to create intuitive and powerful visualizations.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization methods and data design: Skills in creating clear visualizations that effectively convey information and enable users to make informed decisions.
- Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse): Ability to work with databases to develop and optimize queries, as well as build high-performance analytical systems.
- Understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data warehouse (DWH) fundamentals: Ability to design and implement data schemas optimized for analysis and scaling.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate with clients at different levels, transform requirements into specific tasks for data engineers, and confidently defend your point of view.

Would be a plus:
- Experience in building analytics from scratch: Experience in developing analytical systems from the ground up, including designing and deploying all necessary components.
- Experience in the iGaming industry: Understanding of the specific analytics and data used in the iGaming industry.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage: Experience working with cloud solutions for data storage, processing, and analysis.
- Knowledge of Python: The ability to write Python scripts for process automation and data analysis.
- Knowledge of statistics and basic data analysis.
