JetBrains is seeking IT Support Engineers to join their offices in Paphos, Munich and Berlin.

Relocation and visa assistance is provided by JetBrains if needed.

You will:
- Providing technical support to JetBrains employees mostly in their locations.
- Setting up new computers, fixing and modernizing the old ones.
- Advising JetBrainers on any hardware or software-related issues.
- Maintaining all the IT equipment in the office: computers, monitors, laptops, printers, phones, and video conferencing systems.

We expect you:
- Have previous IT Helpdesk Support experience (1+ years).
- Can fix issues with hardware and software, OS and networks.
- Love working with people and are not afraid of communication.
- Have good command of English and conversational Russian.
- Like automation. Experience with scripting languages and version control systems will be considered as an advantage.
