💎We’re searching for an experienced Technical writer to join our team and help take our data interchange to a new level.
💎As an ideal candidate, you must have a proven track record in a technical field of software development.
💎Your ability to evaluate and analyze complex information is essential, and you have a natural desire to help people understand things that are, well, difficult to understand.
✅ Key responsibilities:
✔️ Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation in English for our products.
✔️ Organize documentation within our wiki to allow users to ensure users can efficiently locate specific information and related content.
✔️ Possess a keen eye for detail, excel in managing multiple projects, and meet tights deadlines.
✔️ Interpret complex subjects and highly technical information.
✔️ Collaborate with various teams to produce the most thorough, precise, up-to-date, and user-friendly technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
✔️Document SDK and API information, and adeptly employ Swagger tool.
✔️ Create visual aids such as diagrams and schematics to enhance the comprehension of technical processes.
✔️ Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, and while paying meticulous attention to details.
✅ What we're looking for:
✔️ A minimum of 3 years of industry experience as a Technical writer or in a similar role is prerequisite.
✔️ Experience using Atlassian Confluence and Jira software or other documentation publishing tools.
✔️ Proficiency at an advanced level in English is essential.
✔️ Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or an equivalent field from an accredited institution would be advantageous.
✔️ A portfolio showcasing examples of your documentation work.
