Requirements:
-Ensuring that bank transactions comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

-Developing, updating, and enforcing the internal policies to comply with legal standards.

-Responsible for opening and closing bank accounts.

-Working closely with banking partners to respond to all compliance requests.

-Identifying and assessing the risks associated with the bank transactions.

-Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

-Preparing reports for management as required.

-Investigating and resolving potential compliance issues or breaches, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

-Liaising with regulatory authorities and stakeholders on compliance-related matters.

-Staying informed about the evolving regulatory landscape and best practices in banking compliance.
