Role overview: Property Manager (Administrator) is a person who will oversee and manage various property-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring lease agreements, managing utility accounts, and liaising with service providers for both private and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

Lease Agreement Monitoring and Renewal:
- Oversee and monitor lease agreements for private and commercial properties in Cyprus.
- Ensure timely renewals and compliance with lease terms.

Landlord Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for property landlords.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by landlords promptly and effectively.

Utility Account Management:
- Change the user of utility accounts (EAC, Limassol Water Board, etc.) as required.
- Consolidate all utility bills for private and commercial properties and prepare them for payment.

Service Provider Coordination:**
- Communicate with service providers for commercial properties, including gardeners, internet providers, and other maintenance services.
- Ensure all services are delivered efficiently and address any service-related issues.

Employee Accommodation Assistance:
- Assist in the search for rental properties for employees.
- Facilitate the negotiation and signing of rental agreements.
- Romania Property Oversight:
- Manage and oversee commercial property-related tasks in Romania.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and coordinate with local service providers.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Greek are essential.
- Knowledge of Russian is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using property management software and tools.
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations in Cyprus and Romania is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties simultaneously.
