Responsibilities
• Performing system and application updates
• Managing tickets and prioritizing tasks
• Providing user support by resolving issues; but
• Procurement equipment and conducting audits to ensure compliance

Requirements
• 1+ year of commercial experience as System Administrator (MacOS)
• Experience with Mattermost and Slack
• Knowledge of backup systems
• Knowledge of antivirus software
• Knowledge of network diagnostic programs
• Proficiency in mail software
