We are looking for a project manager for our projects!
At Mad Devs, we follow the Agile methodology and work in sprints. Our new project manager will need to create and build processes in the project and monitor their compliance, in particular on the client side of the project.

What You'll Do:

- Work closely with the development team and product managers
- Build processes and ensure they run smoothly
- Finalize business requirements for development team tasks
- Help plan sprints and releases with the development teams
- Coordinate team communication and keep everyone in sync
- Generate project documentation and maintain reporting

Our Expectations:

- At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects
- A focus on achieving project and client goals
- Results-oriented mindset, not just process-driven
- Ability to handle multiple contexts simultaneously (expect multiple projects and community involvement)
- Strong skills in gathering and finalizing requirements
- Ability to communicate with clients in English (C1 level preferred)
- Experience with planning sprints and working with tools like Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of release planning and monitoring
- Ability to conduct retrospectives and other team meetings, including note-taking
- Experience in providing project reports, demos, and leading standups
- B2 level proficiency in Russian
