Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and analyze M&A opportunities
- Build and review detailed financial models
- Prepare investor materials like pitch decks and Information Memoranda
- Perform in-depth company and industry research
- Support the sourcing, assessment, and execution of deals

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance
- Degree in finance or related field, or CFA/ACA certification
- Greek С1+, English С1+
- Skilled in financial modeling, transaction procedures, and valuation methods
- Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Thomson, Capital IQ, or similar platforms
