We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to design, development and implementation of Engineering systems at the construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and supervising of electrical/mechanical systems in residential and commercial building. This role requires technical expertise, strong self-organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design works, oversee and implementation of engineering systems (Electrical/Mechanical).
2. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering systems projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and project goals.
3. Ensure all engineering systems and projects meet the required quality and safety standards, conducting testing and performance evaluations as necessary.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and others, to ensure smooth execution of project tasks.
5. Liaise with external suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
6. Provide regular updates to management on project progress, challenges, and achievements, including preparing detailed project reports.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
2. Min 3-5 years of experience in Design and Construction works, preferably within engineering systems.
3. Good knowledge in engineering systems, Design software (CAD).
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. English, Hellenica. Russian as an advantage.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and deliver projects efficiently.
6. Valid driver’s license. We offer:
