🔥We are looking for a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (KZ) at our iGaming company🔥

💠Requirements:
- Previous experience as a COO or CEO;
- Excellent understanding of the gambling industry across different markets;
- Knowledge of betting/gaming legal rules and regulations;
- Proven success in managing a team of 5+ employees;
- Highly organized with strong commercial thinking;
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills;
- Ability to take action and lead in the face of complex challenges;
- Leadership and business development expertise;
- Strong self-motivation, autonomy, and a passion for forward-thinking, with a drive to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to handle ambiguity, take risks, and provide solutions to resolve issues;
- Advanced English proficiency.

💠Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational and commercial activities within the company’s ecosystem;
- Ensure the achievement of all planned financial and economic targets;
- Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of strategic goals, and define priority areas for the company's growth;
- Develop and control the efficient formation of all departments within the PIN-UP ecosystem;
- Optimize, regulate, and implement necessary business processes;
- Address administrative, financial, legal, and HR matters alongside other employees;
- Assess risks and opportunities in project execution;
- Plan, implement, and control the budget, focusing on cost optimization;
- Drive the company’s growth in key metrics: revenue, brand awareness, active players, CGR;
- Implement marketing campaigns;
- Analyze the market and develop improvement strategies;
- Collaborate with C-level and top management to achieve operational goals.
