As the Head of Affiliates, you will take ownership of our affiliate strategy, leading and mentoring the team while driving the performance of our affiliate program to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
▫️Lead and scale the affiliate team, driving strategic initiatives to maximize growth, ROI and overall performance
▫️Define and implement the long-term vision for the affiliate program, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing strategies
▫️Build and maintain high-level relationships with top affiliates, partners and industry players
▫️Analyze and forecast ROI, setting measurable KPIs to optimize the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns
▫️Oversee the management and optimization of both CPA and RS affiliate models, ensuring effective acquisition and retention of affiliates
▫️Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings, building strategic partnerships and increasing brand visibility
▫️Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, analytics and product, to align on common goals and deliver integrated strategies
▫️Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging opportunities to innovate and enhance the affiliate program
▫️Provide leadership, mentoring and support to the affiliate team, ensuring high performance and continuous development

Qualifications:
▫️5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the online casino or gambling industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role
▫️Deep understanding of CPA and RS affiliate models, with a proven track record of driving significant growth and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI
▫️Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast outcomes and make data-driven decisions
▫️Exceptional leadership, communication and relationship-building skills, capable of managing key stakeholders and motivating a team
▫️Proven experience representing a company at industry events, with the ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships
▫️Solid organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
▫️Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
▫️Willingness to travel internationally for industry events, conferences, and business meetings
