Accountability
Line managed by the Deputy Head/SENDCo in supporting students.
Work with teachers in planning, delivering and evaluating intervention programmes as required to meet the learning needs of individual and/or small groups of students.

Position Overview:
As a Learning Support Assistant at Lumio School, you will work collaboratively with class teachers and specialists to support the learning and development of students. Your role is integral to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment, where all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the education of young learners in a dynamic and multicultural setting.
Learning Support Assistants will model the values of Lumio School and create a culture where all members of the community learn, thrive and collaborate, ensuring all individuals are empowered and nurtured - as Lumio School becomes known as a centre of excellence.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is required.
- Experience working in an international school setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff. Advanced or native-level proficiency in English.
- Experience with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme is highly desirable.
