Head of Analytics
As the Head of Analytics, you’ll drive growth by providing key data insights and leading a small analytics team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of 3-4 analysts.
* Develop reports to support business decisions.
* Collaborate to enhance data availability and usability.
* Define critical metrics and reporting models.

Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
* 3+ years in IT/Telco as Data Analyst, Scientist, or Engineer.
* 2+ years in a «Head of…» roles.
* Proficiency in Python and SQL.
* Strong analytical skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
* Fluent in English.
