π‘ Lead and manage the sales, business development, and key account management teams, setting ambitious targets, providing leadership, strategic direction, and driving them towards rapid achievement of business objectives.
π΅ Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and growth within existing accounts, while continually seeking opportunities for new client acquisition.
π‘ Rapidly identify and act on new business and market opportunities, leveraging partnerships, innovative market strategies, and comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to gain an edge.
π΅ Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to swiftly launch initiatives that support business growth, customer acquisition, and product enhancement.
