Your Role: Lead Project Manager (Implementation & Process Development)
Required Skills and Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or technology implementation.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale client implementations and process development.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and experience with automation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on developing clear and actionable documentation.
• Experience in developing training and educational materials.
• Fluent English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools (e.g., Jira), and automation platforms.

We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our team globally. This is a part-time, entry-level position, but experience in logistics/distribution is required. The key responsibilities include coordinating shipments, managing communication with suppliers and distributors, and ensuring smooth delivery operations.
Key Requirements:
English proficiency (Advanced)
Client-oriented, proactive, and communicative
Available to work 6 hours/day between 7 AM - 5 PM GMT (10 AM - 8 PM Cyprus time)
