Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Technical Team Lead with MarTech expertise to drive our development across backend, frontend, mobile, QA, and data science teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and synchronize a cross-functional team.
Develop and maintain MarTech architecture (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
Oversee digital solution development with a focus on UX/UI and SEO.
Mentor the team and implement MarTech solutions.

Requirements:
Leadership experience in MarTech or digital marketing.
5+ years as a developer with a focus on marketing systems.
Experience with MarTech platforms, cloud solutions, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with web technologies and DevOps practices.
B2+ English level.
