Learning & Development Manager

We are a leading online marketing company, and we are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Learning & Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise, a passion for growth, and the ability to deliver impactful learning experiences. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training and development programs that elevate our employees' performance.

This position is based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

▪️Lead onboarding sessions and practical training for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the team
▪️Collaborate with department heads to design and approve training programs, with a particular focus on the Affiliate Manager role
▪️Develop engaging, interactive presentations, assessments, and follow-up activities to maximize knowledge retention and application
▪️Create and manage an e-learning platform to facilitate continuous learning and development

Requirements:

▪️Proven experience in Sales, Adult, Digital, or Forex industries, particularly in training administration or a similar role
*Experience in iGaming or Betting will be considered a strong advantage
▪️Fluency in both Russian and English (written and spoken) is essential
▪️Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
▪️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage and inspire learners
▪️Experience in creating interactive and engaging training materials
▪️Keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
▪️Eligibility to work in Cyprus
