We are seeking a Product Manager to join our expanding team in Cyprus. In this role, you will take ownership of our company's CRM product, driving its development and ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy, and create a comprehensive product roadmap.
● Collaborate with various internal departments to meet project timelines and achieve business goals.
● Lead efforts to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and customer needs.
● Oversee the entire product lifecycle, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
● Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and finance.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of managing the full product lifecycle.
● Strong understanding of technical concepts.
● Ability to balance deep customer empathy with strong analytical skills for informed decision-making.
● Demonstrated experience in managing marketing or CRM products.
● Willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
● High motivation to succeed and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Background in marketing or technology.

Salary range up to 6500 gross. Very good relocation package
