Position: Head of Customer Support (C-level)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Head of Customer Support to lead and manage the customer support operations for our client's cryptocurrency exchange.
Preferred Experience:
Crypto Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and customer support challenges within this space.
Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience in optimizing customer support processes and implementing best practices.
Language Skills: Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is required.
