I am looking for a personal assistant for a family of entrepreneurs in Limassol.

This role involves support and assistance in work and personal matters.
For this vacancy there is an important requirement - a permanent Schengen visa or EU passport, since the role involves travel both to Russia and to Europe and the States.

The range of responsibilities is quite diverse:
🔹Manage and coordinate issues related to property management: leasing, repairs, interaction with service organizations
🔹Assistance in collecting primary information, it's systematization and control, tracking tasks and closed cases, remind of important events
🔹Making purchases and paying bills
🔹Planning and organizing events and travels (route planning, purchasing tickets, booking transfers, hotels and other important elements)

Important for this job:
🔹A visa to the Schengen countries or an EU passport
🔹Readiness for business trips and travel both in Europe, the US and in Russia
🔹Confident communication skills in Russian and English, both oral and written
🔹A driver's license
🔹Higher education and broad outlook
🔹Similar professional experience can certainly be an advantage
