We are on the lookout for a Senior Embedded Developer to join our dynamic team at Wayvee!

🎾Wayvee - real-time Customer Satisfaction analytics.
The next frontier in Retail Analytics – no camera, just insight. We have created technology that detects spatial and physiological characteristics of individuals using radar waves (privacy-based tool). Having obtained a provisional patent, we are currently testing our product in initial stores in Cyprus and the USA.

🏆Our distributed team of approximately 40 individuals is focused on key functions: Algorithms & Machine Learning, Discovery Laboratory, Hardware & Embedded, Neuroscience, Software, Product & Delivery, People Partnership & Administration

🚦Location of the vacancy: Wroclaw (Poland).

💪What needs to be done in the near future: writing Wi-Fi drivers and userspace applications for conducting physical experiments on the OpenWiFi SDR device. Developing software for data collection from network sensors and transmitting information to the server, or writing software for DSP, porting radar signal processing algorithms, and optimizing them.

It would be ideal if you have experience and understanding of each point listed below, but if only part, we would still be happy to talk:

💡Required Skills and Experience:
-Knowledge of C / C++;
-At least 2 years of experience in developing applications for Linux;
-Experience with the Linux kernel network stack;
-Experience in developing/debugging/optimizing multithreaded programs;
-Experience with DSP algorithms or at least 2 years of experience in developing software for microcontrollers;
-Experience in target platform optimization of DSP algorithms;
-Experience in developing software for telecommunications equipment - WiFi routers, switches, ARM servers;
-Experience with WiFi drivers, IEEE 802.11 protocol stack;
-Knowledge of networks, understanding the features of TCP/UDP.
