💥Requirements:
✅Prior experience in recruitment minimum 3 years
✅Familiarity with recruiting tools, Linkedin etc.
✅Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✅Fluency in Russian plus English B1+.

💥Responsibilities:
✅Assisting in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
✅Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions
✅Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
✅Conducting interviews and assessing candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the company.
✅Assisting in the coordination of interview schedules and providing administrative support throughout the hiring process.
