VentorTech is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in ERP Domain.

Needed:
5+ years experience as a Business Analyst working with the US/UE clients.
Expert knowledge regarding Business Analysis (areas & techniques).
Experience in automatization of Business Processes and knowledge of ERP System.
Practical knowledge of techniques on how to run and moderate workshops.
Level of spoken and written English B2+ and good organizational and communication skills.

Optional (but advantageous):
Understanding of business processes of purchasing, sales, warehouse, production.
Experience in role of Lead BA on a project.
Experience with ERP System Odoo.

VentorTech is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a talent for meticulous organization, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to deliver project outcomes.

Location - Poland, other EU countries, Georgia

Needed:
Minimum 4+ years of project management and related experience (Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle);
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices, including Gantt charts;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team of 7-10 people;
Demonstrated ability to complete projects in accordance with outlined scope, budget, and timeline;
Language Proficiency: English - min B2 level and a Slavic language min B2 level (Belarusian, Ukrainian, or Russian).

Optional (but advantageous):
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred;
