Senior Casino Product manager**

😎 For this position is important:

* 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager working in an agile environment 
* 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager in Gambling industry in B2C projects 
* Consistent in using qualitative and quantitative insights to define strategy, goals, and roadmap.
* Good understanding of industry key product metrics.
* Proficient understanding of the entire product development lifecycle.
* Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data.
* Skilled in generating new hypotheses(testing and implementing them). Experience with AB testing.
* Skillful in balancing quantitative and qualitative discovery approaches.
* Ability to dive into details and think critically.
* Experience in cooperation with cross-functional teams, including Tech Development, Marketing, Billing etc.
* Resilient and able to deal with uncertainty and constant change — you thrive in a startup / scale-up environment and love dealing with fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources
* You’re able to build strong partnerships and foster collaboration both inside and outside the company.

⚡️ Your future responsibilities and challenges:

* Evaluate and improve product performance metrics for existing and newly launched products.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of product usage, identifying growth opportunities, and conduct data-driven experiments.
* Develop strategies for short to mid-term product advancement, aligning with overall business objectives.
* Take charge of the product roadmap, setting priorities, defining objectives, and effectively communicating the vision to the team.
* Contribute to shaping the broader strategy of the product department and refining the development process.
* Have successful track record of working with cross-functional teams
* Collaborate with diverse departments and stakeholders.
* Proficient in creation and management of high and low level product requirements
