To improve our current results and reach new heights, we’re expanding our team and looking for a ASO Manager.

What you will be doing:
**
** • Increasing the number of organic installs and conversion rates in the App Store and Google Play;
• Analyzing the mobile gaming market, key trends, and competitors;
• Collecting and optimizing textual metadata for all available locales;
• Conducting A/B tests for graphics and videos (including hypothesis generation and participation in brainstorming sessions);
• Monitoring ASO metrics, analyzing the results, and maintaining reporting;
• Collaborating with product teams, designers, motion designers, and UA managers.

What we’re looking for in a candidate:
**
** • At least 2 years of experience with casual projects;
• Understanding of App Store and Google Play search algorithms;
• Experience in conducting A/B tests for graphical metadata;
• Knowledge of ASOdesk, AppFollow, Sensor Tower, or similar ASO and analytics tools;
• Ability to create detailed specifications for graphics, videos, and texts;
• Proficiency in working with textual metadata;
• Ability to work with ChatGPT and other AI tools;
• Proactivity.
