**We're looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team and support our IT division.
You will play a key role in optimizing HR processes, driving data-driven insights, and supporting our employees through every stage of their journey.

Our expectations**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum of three years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and comfortable with managing multiple priorities
- Strong tolerance of ambiguity and changes
- Detail-oriented, creative, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of immigration policies and laws, and a great understanding of HR practices and procedures.
- Previous experience working at an IT company**
