You will:
- Build strong relationships with employees and provide HR guidance and support
- Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding/offboarding, retention, and more to ensure effective integration specialists in the company
- Analyze HR metrics and develop action plans to improve them
- Being responsible for the full cycle of local registration and migration and many more! 😎
