Job Description:
You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our affiliate partnerships. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with new & current affiliates, driving performance, and ensuring that our affiliate program meets and exceeds its objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in affiliate management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports and insights to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement promotional campaigns for affiliates.
• Negotiate commission structures and incentive programs to maximize affiliate engagement.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for affiliates.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to keep the affiliate program competitive.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the affiliate program or partner relationships.
• Provide regular feedback to the team on affiliate performance and areas for improvement.
• Be ready to attend on international exhibitions/events.
• Be ready to solve urgent issues with partners & management urgent tasks even after working hours.
• Be pro-active and have a good self time-management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Affiliate Account Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using affiliate tracking software and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in iGaming is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• English is a must. Any additional language is a plus.
