Our client is an asset management company (a single-family office) of an international investment group of companies, headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping
- Preparation and submission of VAT Returns for Cyprus companies.
- Preparation of debtor and creditor reconciliations
- Reconciliation of accounting records with audited financial statements
- Possible communication with the auditors
- Producing all reporting in the timelines given
- Provide support for projects/engagements of the department

Requirements
- A minimum of four years of accounting experience
- Basic knowledge of IFRS principals
- Good knowledge of Cyprus VAT regulations
- Knowledge of 1C
- Need to be proficient in precisely and swiftly entering data
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Proficient in Greek, and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work as a team player

Currently, we are looking for a Finance Manager

Major responsibilities:

• Budgeting, controlling, FP&A.
• Financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Collaborating with external auditors and advisers.
• Optimization of existing reports and controlling instruments \ business process optimization.
• Development and improvement of policies and procedures.
• Control over payment processes of the company.
• Accompany payroll process of the company (all together with Accountants and outsourced consultants).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in finance roles
• Experience in Big4 companies will be an advantage
• ACCA or CIMA certification will be a plus.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Upper Intermediate English.
• MS Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Tableau \ Power BI is desirable.
• Collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude with a high aptitude to learn new things.
