**Machine Learning Team Lead position at FxPro

FxPro** is looking for a Machine Learning Team Lead to build own team, develop new ML models and collaborate with the Dealing, Business Analysts and our BI Experts.

Our expectations**
- Higher education in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field
- Deep understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
- Classification (logistic regression, SVM, random forests, gradient boosting)
- Clustering (K-means, hierarchical)
- Regression analysis (linear, multiple, criteria)
- Deep learning (CNN, RNN, LSTM for time series analysis)
- Natural language processing (NLP) for sentiment analysis and text data
**
**Knowledge of tools and practices in MLOps:
- Containers (Docker), Orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
- Versioning of models and experiments (DVC, MLflow)
- Monitoring and logging of models in production to track their performance and respond to data drift (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
- Understanding of Feature Store for centralized feature management

Programming and data analysis skills:
- Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries (pandas, NumPy), visualisation (Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- SQL and NoSQL
- Knowledge of Spark or other big data packages would be an advantage**
