Spotware Systems is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our office in Limassol. The right person will be fully involved in the product development and business needs, and they will be ready to become a part of our highly professional team.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and decompose business tasks related to web applications;
- Gather and analyze requirements for the integration of web applications with backend systems;
- Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including protocol interactions between systems;
- Manage documentation for web applications;
- Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of requirements.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT sector, preferably with web applications;
- Strong understanding of frontend-backend interaction processes;
- Expertise in working with technical documentation and integration protocols;
- Ability to systematize and describe complex business processes in detail;
- Experience in managing documentation for projects involving multiple applications, particularly critical ones;
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and business teams;
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and under tight deadlines.

Spotware Systems is hiring a motivated QA engineer for our backend team in Limassol. You'll collaborate with product managers and developers to meet deadlines and ensure quality through functional, scenario, stress, performance, and sanity testing.

Responsibilities
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Communicating with product managers and developers.
- Testing design.
- Ongoing manual/automate functional/non-functional testing.
- Performing bug tracking and reporting.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance position (backend projects).
- 1+ year of experience in automation or development.
- Knowledge of methods and processes used in quality assurance of software programs.
- Strong knowledge in test design techniques (boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, state transition etc.).
- Good skills of requirements analysis (impact analysis, traceability matrix, functional & non-functional requirements).
- Experience with socket-based and RESTful API testing.
- Ability to find and identify root cause and consequences of an issue.
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills.
- Fluency in Russian and B1+ in English language.
A plus to have:
- Java/C# programming experience.
- Experience with performance testing.
- Linux systems knowledge (CLI).
- Forex industry experience.
