Now we are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to join out team.


🖇Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Identify and recruit new affiliates and partners to drive growth and expand the affiliate network.
Continuously optimize the affiliate program to maximize revenue, increase traffic, and improve conversion rates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, providing support and resources to help them succeed.
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to track effectiveness and ROI.
Prepare detailed performance reports and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure all affiliate activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.


🖇**Requirements:
**
Experience with affise, admitad and amplitude
English from B2 and above
Experience in building and running an affiliate program from scratch
Experience in preparing promotions and newsletters for affiliates
Ability to calculate new offers for affiliate program
Understanding what are CAC/CPC/CPL etc
