We are looking for a Social Team Lead (Media Buyer/User Acquisition) with extensive experience in Meta to establish the workflow for a new product. We envision the Team Lead as a leader who independently launches advertising campaigns and helps the team achieve set goals. Team building is expected after obtaining the first results and defining the strategy for working with the channel and product.

Your Responsibilities:
🔹Develop and implement traffic management strategies and relay them to team members
🔹Independently manage part of the campaigns
🔹Hire, train, and manage the team
Achieve business plan targets for profit volume
🔹Establish a process for continuous testing
🔹Develop product reporting

Your Experience:
✔️Experience managing budgets of $100,000+ per month
✔️Over 2 years of experience working with Meta. Proven successful case studies with Meta. Willingness to confirm experience with screenshots
✔️English - Upper-Intermediate or higher
✔️Experience working with KPIs - profit volume from advertising investments
✔️Willingness to work flexibly and adapt strategies constantly
✔️Ability and willingness to create creatives independently
✔️Ability to communicate with multiple teams within the company
✔️Experience working with Google, TikTok - a plus
